Since 1998, Thierry has progressed through several roles at Ecosystem, from a design engineer, to project and operations management, and since 2013, as the Corporate Vice President of Talent and Culture. The common thread throughout these roles has been the advancement of Ecosystem’s business model. Thierry believes that effective projects promise results, and results happen when the project is backed by a company that is committed to delivering them.
This conviction led Thierry early on to seek out people who made strong connections between theory and practice. With this goal in mind, Thierry has developed hiring and training methods that position current and future employees in front of challenges that are tailored to them. For Thierry, it is of central importance that all of Ecosystem’s engineers take on new challenges, evolve professionally, and have enriching work experiences. This focus on well-being not only reinforces their commitment, but also leads to increased performance on projects.
