Ecosystem Scholarship: Recognizing Commitment and Innovation, Rewarding Excellence

Ecosystem is proud to offer a scholarship to students enrolled in the mechanical engineering program at the Cégep de Trois-Rivières. This scholarship rewards academic excellence, as well as student commitment and innovation—two of Ecosystem’s core values. Ecosystem implemented an energy efficiency project at the Cégep de Trois-Rivières which generates annual energy savings of $270,000, and the scholarship program is part of our continued collaboration with the Cégep.

The scholarship will be presented to the recipient at the student awards gala on May 14th, 2015.

At Ecosystem, we believe in the importance of encouraging youth to excel. Awarding this scholarship is one of the ways that Ecosystem contributes to the community and demonstrates its commitment to helping young people succeed. Ecosystem also funds research in energy technologies and energy efficiency, which has provided several university students with the opportunity to develop their expertise while carrying out research projects. In addition, our company has sponsored École St-Fidèle in Limoilou, Quebec City, a primary school that faces several challenges to student success. We also participate in the cycling event Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie, both financially and on our bicycles, to encourage young people to adopt active and healthy life habits.
