At Ecosystem, we recognize the value of every resource and cherish the diverse perspectives each member of our community brings. We are excited to introduce our External Referral Program, a collaborative initiative designed to tap into the collective strength of our network. If you know a peer, former colleague, or anyone in your network who aligns with our values and has the potential to contribute to Ecosystem, we want to hear from you! Your efforts will not only shape our collaborative community but will also be rewarded with a $3,000 bonus for each successful referral.

Why Refer?

By leveraging your network of curious and innovative professionals, you play a crucial role in helping us discover top talent for a more environmentally responsible energy future. For every successful referral, you will be awarded a generous $3,000 bonus as a token of our appreciation. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer!

How to Participate:

1. Identify Talent: Reach out to talented professionals who embody our values. Explain why Ecosystem is the ideal place for them to nurture their creativity and make a meaningful impact.

2. Submit Referral: Refer the candidate by sending an email to hr@ecosystem.ca with their updated resume attached. Highlight why you believe this person would be a great fit for our organization.

3. Enjoy Rewards: If your referral is successfully hired and joins the Ecosystem team, you will receive a $3,000 referral bonus. Beyond the financial reward, you’ll take pride in shaping our collaborative community.

Terms and Conditions:

By participating in Ecosystem’s External Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

A. Objective

The program offers a one-time payment ($3,000) to non-employees who assist Ecosystem in hiring top talent.

B. Program Requirements

• The referral cannot be currently employed by Ecosystem or be a former Ecosystem employee.
• The referral must be an individual legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States and at least 18 years of age.
• Self-referrals are not eligible.
• Referrals already in the Ecosystem talent pool will not be considered.
• This referral scheme is only applicable  to full-time, permanent hires. Internships and contractual positions are not eligible for the referral bonus.
• If the referred candidate progresses in the interview process, Ecosystem will contact them directly, and the referred candidate must acknowledge your referral.

C. Payment Terms:

If eligible, Ecosystem will pay a one-time external referral payment of $3,000 (gross) upon the successful onboarding of the referred candidate. Payment will be made on the candidate’s start date.
